Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
West Malaysia
- Standard Shipping: RM7–RM15 (based on parcel weight)
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
- Free shipping on orders above RM250
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan)
- Standard Shipping: RM25–RM50 (based on parcel weight)
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Free shipping on orders above RM250
Singapore
- Standard Shipping: RM30–RM150 (based on parcel weight)
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel via the J&T Express website.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.
